Charleston Roofs and Windows gave me the newest and coolest roof in the neighborhood. They were very professional. They arrived on time, repaired issues with my roof structure, and replaced all the shingles with a hot red color. It looks great. They exceeded expectations even down to the thorough cleanup. I would highly recommend them.
Recently had my roof replaced. It was a very smooth process once Jesse came on board. After originally working with another company that failed to maintain communication Jesse took over and made the the process extremely easy from that point forward. He even handled the coordination of having our solar panels removed and installed again after the roof was replaced. Highly recommend!

We had some hail damage and Charleston Roof & Windows helped us work through our insurance claim to get it replaced. Eric was amazing to work with and walked us through every step of the way, including meeting with our adjuster and sorting out paperwork. The roof looks amazing and definitely helped raise our property value. Would highly recommend Eric and this company.

We called 3 roofing companies to come out and take a look at a leak in our roof in our new house. Charleston roofs + windows was the only one that came at the scheduled time. Garrett came and was very friendly and professional. Super nice guy. Fortunately for me he pointed out that my roof is fairly new and should still be under warranty. He did take the time, however, and went in our attic and on the roof and told me exactly what was causing the leak and he gave us a fair estimate in case we couldn't track down the roofing company from the previous owner of the house. I highly recommend this company and if I ever have a problem that is not covered under my current warranty I will be sure to call Garrett!
I got a completely free roof thanks to Eric chesnutt for working with my insurance company! They ended up replacing my windows 2 months later with hurricane windows. My insurance premium went down by almost half from increasing my home hurricane rating. Super impressed with everything I experienced from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this company!
